Shipping Methods and Options
We ship all orders to the forty eight contiguous United States via FedEx, including all Standard Ground orders. In addition to shipping time, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order and 7-10 business days for overall delivery time when shipping FedEx Standard Ground. We use FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Ground for all orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

We want you to be satisfied with your product order from Yelo, LLC, and we will gladly exchange or refund products that were purchased within 30 days of receipt that you are unsatisfied with. Generally we do not cover the cost of shipping the unwanted products back to Yelo, LLC or the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.
